Which operating systems are Keychron keyboards compatible with?

What is your return and warranty policy?

We provide a 12-month warranty on our products covering manufacturing defects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.

Can I swap the switches on my keyboard?

If you purchased a 'Hot-swappable' version of our keyboard, you can easily change the switches without soldering. Standard versions have switches soldered to the PCB and are not user-replaceable.

How do I update the firmware on my Keychron keyboard?

Firmware updates can be downloaded directly from our official website. Please ensure you select the specific model and layout (ANSI/ISO) version to avoid technical issues during the update process.
